Meet Michael, Founder & San Antonio General Contractor
As a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University’s Construction Science and Management program, Michael Totman brings both technical expertise and creative vision to every project. After moving to San Antonio with his wife, he founded the company to offer a more thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to custom home building.
With experience in both design and construction, Michael enjoys guiding clients through the full custom home process — transforming ideas, inspiration, and plans into spaces that feel intentional and truly personal.
